GO SMS: Under ‘Menu -> Settings -> Advanced -> Receive Settings’ – Uncheck box that says ‘Disable or messageification’
MIUI Users: MIUI messaging app go “settings” make sure “System MMS app priority” unchecked.
Handcent Users: Open Handcent -> Settings -> Application Settings -> Default Messaging application -> Disable. may have reboot restart Handcent’s services allow messages go through after making change.
Or SMS Apps: Please look any settings relating passing messages.
